 Job Description  Perform Project Planning and Coordination works for the Capital Investments Program including special and urgent Projects as originated from both Internal KM and External KM requests/directives representing the Water Planning Department and shall cover for all these activities with minimum supervision and interruption of works of the KM Planners. Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Must be able to familiarize with the plans and programs of the Water Planning, KM Standards and Specifications, internal Offices routinary procedures, and the overall KM Projects under running, tendering and planning including that of the Business Plans for the period of 2months from start of manpower mobilization; • Support Planners and Focal Point Engineers for Projects created from Top Government Projects, WNA internal Strategic Projects, CPBD Additional Capacities, Executive Management Related Projects among other Business Development concerns that needs dedicated full time attention; • Reviews and preparations of Tender Documents; • Preparation of Plans and Programs such as Budget Estimation, Programming of Projects, Preparation of Scope of Works, including the preparation of Tender Documents and the Project Development Plan (PDD) for the Hand-over to TA for Tendering & Consultancy/Construction; 
 Other Requirements  • Manage handed-over Projects by maintaining the monitoring cycle and historical data base recording of Projects executed from Water Projects Department (TA¬TW), Power & Water Production Projects Section (TA-P&WPP), Water Field Services Department (WFSD), Water Transmission & Distribution Department (WTDD) and report any misalignment or deviations from the original plans and programs; • Perform interfacing with KM internal Offices and other Inter-Utility Agencies including the private and conduct fieldworks and siteworks inspections as called for;
