 Functional Area  Oil Industry Support and Services Personnel 
 Experience  Ensure conformity with the respective documents and that the required certificates, material data sheet, and tests reports are enclosed for further verification and approval by the end users. Prepares GRN reports on status of materials received. Coordinates the rejected, damaged and shortage receipts, generating Material Discrepancy Report. Ensures that materials preservation plan is properly implemented for the storage and protection of all equipment, materials and spare parts. Coordinate closely the storage operation associated with sensitivelhazardous or volatile materials to ensure conformity to specific requirements, procedures and. standards. Forecasts requirements for storage space and facilities such as shelves, boxes, bins, timber pallets etc. and makes necessary preparations for receipt. Controls the issuance of materials to the authorised personnel in accordance with the Material RequisitionlWork Order based on FIFO principle. Supervises and participates in the return of materials, verifYing the damages and acceptable conditions. Coordinates and organise transfer of materials between store to store and bin to bin. Coordinates for the left-over/surplus materials

 Job Description   Controls the issuance of materials to the authorised personnel in accordance with the Material RequisitionlWork Order based on FIFO principle. Supervises and participates in the return of materials, verifYing the damages and acceptable conditions. Coordinates and organise transfer of materials between store to store and bin to bin. Coordinates for the left-over/surplus materials from projects and write-offi disposal materials. Organise merging of duplicate materials identified Evaluates and ensure that the preservation is done in accordance with the procedure and manufacturers instructions. Ensures that sensitive or volatile materials & chemical are stored in temperature controlled storage areas that locations are logged in the computer and that, where applicable, details of receipt and expiry dates of materials are indicated. Manages the CMMS (Maximo) warehousing functions. Carries out other similar or related duties, as assigned, such as participating in perpetual stock check activities, making item number changes by physically moving items from one bin location to another, etc. Ensure the Stock Check activities that are carried out on regular basis on the Inventory items as stipulated in the respective procedure. Coordinates with Operating Divisions (Maintenance, Technical and Operation) for received materials inspection and GRN formalities. Coordinates with Purchasing and Other MED personnel on a variety of matters related to warehouse transactions for continuous improvements and resolving bottle necks. Coordinate the process the receipt, inspection and acceptance of Projects materials with MSD, project team, contractor and the concerned user. Responsible for resolving MDR s. ADNOC Refining
