 Functional Area  System Administration 
 Experience  Position Responsibilities: ? Meets and/or exceeds individual IT technology and services sales quota ? Work with the management team to institute processes and procedures that drive individual sales ? Knowledge of System Integration, Mobility, Security, and Big Data ? Well versed in multi-vendor Hardware and Software solutions ? Understands the difference between transactional and solutions based sales model ? Successful sales of IT technology including Storage, Servers, Networking, PCs, and Print solutions ? Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue stream in accordance with your annual quota ? Ensure that the CRM is kept accurate and up-to-date ? Demonstrate strong people and business leadership skills ? Required Qualification, Knowledge/Skills, and Experience: ? Must have their own “Book of Business” created from previous IT sales experience ? 4-yr Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent in directly related field ? Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of business-to-business consultative IT sales experience ? Proven ability to hunt, develop and manage mid to enterprise and global clients ? Successful track record in developing new business opportunities ? Outstanding skills in sales leadership, strategic planning, personnel management, selfmotivated ? Excellent communication, presentation and executive presence skills ? Highly competitive and self-motivated with the ability to deliver results quickly ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong customer presentation skills ? Team player Years

 Education/Qualification  We are currently seeking a dynamic and aggressive Sales Executive with a desire for success as part of our growth strategy. This is a “Hunter” position. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving individual IT sales goals in all verticals. This position reports to the Sales Manager. The successful candidate will have the experience and a proven record of accomplishment of individual IT technology and solutions sales throughout. He will be responsible for meeting and/or exceeding individual performance objectives as established by the Sales Manager. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
