 Experience  Position Responsibilities: ? Create Data base and folders for all employees. ? List of Employees - to create, maintain and upgrade regularly. ? Maintain and update Timesheets for Staff & Labour on a regular basis ? Recruit, screen, interview, hire and dismiss employees as necessary, following all HR processes and procedures ? Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees ? Continually educate employees on company policies Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive ? Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees ? Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments discussing any problems or grievances they may have ? Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts ? Initiate and implement any necessary changes to help boost worker productivity (better assessment processes, incentive programs etc.) ? Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues ? To assist with any information that may be valuable in the development of the company like reduction in costs and enhance revenues. ? Maintain all files/records. ? Strictly follow Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Years

 Education/Qualification  Required Qualification, Knowledge/Skills, and Experience: ? People oriented and results driven ? Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics ? Knowledge of HR systems and databases ? Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills ? Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company ? Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field. ? Fresher / Minimum 1 year work experience in any corporate / relevant field experience.
