 Job Description  1.Should be able to prepare quotation independently without making any mistakes 2. Well versed in airside product selection using selection tool and should be able to optimize the selection 3. Prepare compliance statement and technical submittals independently and also train the team to make proper compliance and submittals. 4. Propose various alternative options to sales team for JIH inquiry to reduce cost and be competitive on prices 5. Previous experience in handling Middle East projects is an advantage 6. Should be able to develop sales tool in coordination with IT team for accurate quick pricing tools 7. Provide technical training to the new Joiners in back office and sales team on AHU and FCU products 8. Should possess good communication skills 9. Work with factory to find a technically viable solutions for non standard and complicated project requirements 10. Manage the back office team effectively and get the right productivity from them. 11. Prepare technical order write ups for projects won by sales team and also keep check list and effective process in place to ensure no mistakes in order to factory 12. Proper inquiry management and provide weekly reports and updates on action taken by self and the team 13. Develop good wrap over with sales team and also ensure their requirements are properly understood and necessary support provided on time. 14. Able to prepare business plan and improvements we can bring In the outsourcing business.
