Job Description |
Prepare the mise-en-place according to daily function and order
Responsible in proportioning the ingrediences to place in the food serve to the guest in daily basis
Physically fit to work long house standing
Ensure that all is kept at the right temperature and up to the standard and high standard of hygiene is followed and have basic knowledge to the menu instructed to prepare in the assigned section
Provide full support and cooperation to the entire main kitchen team
Attend all training as required (HACCP, Health and Safety policy procedure, fire procedure, first aid and hotel facility) by the management |
