 Job Description  • Sales Planning & Review –Create realistic Sales Plan and forecasts. Design a country wise strategy, setting KPI’s, continuously review activities, report on performance and actively advise on opportunities leading to higher Online penetration. • Market Development –Opportunity Identification and implement strategies and plans in order to support revenue growth. • Training – Provide training to merchandisers and support staffs in order to win more customers and best practices. • Significant Consulting experience in the eCommerce, Content Management, Digital Marketing, supply chain domains is a must. • Hands on experience in handling B2B and B2C business portals. • Conduct research on products, trends, competitor analysis, as well as conducting client presentations, estimation efforts and proposals and negotiations. • Proposal Development –Create menu of pricing options, provide recommendations of win strategy and collaborate with full team to win deals. • Account Mining- prepares for client meetings with key accounts participates actively in client meetings; work with merchandisers to close any opportunities generated. • Work closely with the Solutions Leader to build customized solutions to achieve the target account and driving the revenues and delivery. • Pricing decisions with the support of Management and Accounts • Pre-sales orientation and support for new products, features, strategies and suppliers. • Provide necessary input for building future alliances with relevant product vendors • Significant Business Development and Project Management experience required • Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions a plus • Good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers a plus
