 Experience  Job Description: • Responsible for the design, market survey and market analysis of the new product which company plans to uptake. • Tactical Plan design and Execution: Developing and successfully implementing a business plan that is aligned with the corporate strategy to deliver revenue goal for our product line. This includes sales strategies, tactics to promote awareness of products as well as working collaboratively with market segment colleagues (e.g., marketing communications, seminars, user meetings, representation at relevant meetings and tradeshows). • Strategic sales Development: Providing guidance and support to the sales team with the development/implementation of their regional business plan and ensuring that these business plans are aligned with business goals and objectives. • Market Trend Analysis: Spotting trends in the market and communicating these to the corporate product marketing group. Fully understand, maintain and report on competitive products and positioning. • Support of Sales Managers, sales team: Maintaining regular dialogue and assisting with the activities of the sales managers and the sale team for tactical solutions promotion, as well as, post-sales customer satisfaction.  Education/Qualification  Candidate Requirements: • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in pharmacywith MBA is preferred or MBA also eligible. • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as product manager in the reputed pharmaceutical industry • Proven ability to develop and execute business plans. • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, and solve problems creatively • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments • Self-motivated with the ability to flexibly respond to changing demands

 Other Requirements  Salary and Benefits: • Monthly Basic Salary = 400 (Four hundred Omani Riyal Only) • Monthly HRA =200 (Two Hundred Omani Riyal only) • Accommodation will NOT be included. • Medical facilities will be given in our clinics. • One-month paid leave will be granted upon completion of 12 month of service. • Two-way air ticket once in a year. (Maximum 120 Omani riyal). • Duty timings will be nine hours per day and Weekly Friday off. • Contract of two year will be applicable which will be renewed upon mutual agreement. • Probation period of six months will be applicable during which candidate performance will be assessed.
