 Experience  Job Details: • Motivating the pharmacists and increasing the sale of the pharmacies assigned. • Meet your monthly revenue targets and close new business deals by coordinating the requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating partner needs with business operations. • Maintain the stock in the pharmacies and boosting the sale of pharmacies • Managing the pharmacy license, Pharmacist license, Municipality license, fire license renewals duly on time. • Managing the leave schedules of the Pharmacists and also maintain the opening hours of the pharmacy as per schedule decided by the management. • Should be able to handle potential clients when on the field as the first in command. • Keep partner satisfaction at the core of every touch point with the partner. • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals • Attention to detail and ability to critically think through and resolve problems • Must have experience in medical industry.  Other Requirements  Salary and Benefits: • Monthly Basic Salary = 450 (FourHundred and Fifty Omani Riyal Only) • Monthly Overtime allowance for extra one day/per week= 50 (Fifty Omani Riyal Only) • Monthly HRA =150 (One Hundred and Fifty Omani Riyal only) • Medical facilities will be given in our clinics. • One-month paid leave will be granted upon completion of 12 month of service. • Return air ticket once in a year. (Maximum 120 Omani riyal). • Contract of two year will be applicable which wil be renewed upon mutual agreement. • Probation period of six months will be applicable during which candidate performance will be assessed. • Weekly Friday off.
