 Job Description  • Ensure customer enquiries are responded to in a timely manner • Assist the Sales Executive in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, submittals and quotations • Use ERP system to enter Sales orders once final LPO is received from the customer • Follow up with existing customers, and liaise with them for production orders, deliveries, invoicing and payments • Work with Accounts to ensure all deliveries have been invoiced and keeping track of all invoices and outstanding invoices • To assist with pre-sales of finding potential business • Prepare internal fabrications requests for all orders received from customer • Work with Production Coordinator to establish delivery times • Collaborate with team to achieve better results • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information • Follow up any leads via telephone, correspondence and fax, and set-up meetings for Sales Executive and potential clients
