Proficiency in English Language (Speak, Read and Write) . Minimum 3 Years working knowledge in Primavera Project Management. Basic knowledge in SAP (PM/MM).

 Job Description  Creating RBI and PM notification in SAP. . Creating Work order and assigning WBS to all the TA Notifications in SAP. - Creating Database for TA Planning, Job Pack Reviews and Other using MS Access and other Applications. 0 Managing and Controlling User Level Access and Security for all the database. 0 Coordinating with Production, Equipment Reliability Groups to resolve issues related to TA Job List. . Update job list codification and assign responsible planners as per organization and instruction. . Providing support to all planners for input of data like Task List, Duration, Manpower, Resources, Materials and other requirement into the database. . Developing Queries and Codes for various reports related to RBI, Job Type, Discipline, Work Group etc. as per the required criteria. . o Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress and Status reports. . Tracking AWR/ASR Jobs. . Checking availability of material in warehouse in SAP and reserve the same in work order and Initiation of Purchase Requisitions based on required resources. . Preparing Weekly 8. Monthly Material Procurement Status report . Tracking Turnaround Materials and Services. 0 Preparing Turnaround Handbooks for easy reference. 0 Preparing various cost reports by extracting data from SAP and Database. . Creating new Intranet Webpages in SharePoint for Turnaround. . Preparing database and Daily Progress Bulletin during Turnaround. . Closing SAP Work Orders and Notifications after completion of TA. 0 Preparing Turnaround Closeout Reports. . Turnaround Service entry sheet (SES) creation in SAP after complete verification of the submitted documents 8. invoices.
